Well, we have made it. In all honesty, was it really in doubt ? We have a good manager, good backroom staff and a team that is a unit. Who remembers the talk at the end of September that were we more relegation than promotion, or at the end of November where so many were calling for the manager out ! I think now is the time that we all appreciate what we have, its a proud time to be a Pilgrim after all. Well done lads and Den, awesome job. Now for the massive games.
P.S , Dayle must be worth £250,000 by now ! What a striker.

Ken, please update the table on your website soon. I won't believe it until I see it there.

Finishes of 6th, 3rd and 5th in the last three seasons under Den makes you realize just how good a job he is doing with a club, that to be fair, does not have a top 5 budget in this league year for year. While smaller teams are throwing money at it and some successful, some not, we are consistent on a budget that is not going to break the bank just for promotion. I personally hope that Den gets a new contract as his record here, as the stats prove, is good.

My feelings as well Leftback.
Having continuity is a good thing

He contracted for next season. Already

Amongst all the positives from yesterday, I couldn't quite make out from where I was sat whether a Boston supporter was ejected from the ground during the second half. It looked like a female fan was being escorted out by the stewards. Hope this wasn't anything too unsavoury ?

Well done and a massive thanks to the Nunny secretary!
And maybe other teams are saying thanks for Boston having key players injured and not being able to select the best team all season .
That apart questions must be asked about Nuneatons failure to qualify.
They have in Kevin Wilson a manager who has 3 promotions on his CV. Exactly the type of manager our "experts" on here would love to see replace DG.
He got a full squad together early season (like Telford) which our "experts" advocate as a foolproof way to build a winning team . Sadly the plan proved a failure for Telford from day one .
But Nuneaton set the pace right from the kick-off which saw them topping the league .
So where did it all go wrong for Nuneaton in the end ? Was it the 3 point deduction? NO .What killed Nuns hopes was the loss of 6 points to Boston . I did,nt witness the game away but did read on the Nun,s Fan Forum that Greene was more tactic wise than Wilson .
Come crunch time on the game at Jakeman,s, a draw would have put Nun,s in a prime position and favourites to make P/O , but as we witnessed Greene was superior to his counterpart in tactics again . Will our "experts " explain to us why their blueprint failed Nuneaton .?

Also, Nuneaton are full time - they should be better prepared than all other clubs in our division.

And a selection of snaps for those that don't do Facebook.
