Apparently that's how much AFC Fyldes relocation plan is likely to cost. The plan includes a retail park, garage, other bits and bobs. In the local paper it said its still under judicial review. The new stadium will accommodate 6,000 which seems a bit optimistic when you think they only had 349 at last nights game. Speculate to accumulate has been said on here before but could this be more like wishful thinking.

..... the reason given for the new stadium having a capacity of 6,000 is that 6,000 is the minimum capacity for a team in the football league

Which is exactly why our new ground plans were altered to be ready for Football League from day 1
