MY granddad said he was a mountain of a man and when he arrived at Y.S the earth moved.
he put out the finest team to ever to grace our stadium, and he is doing the same for ROTHERHAM.
he looks to have lost a bit of weight bless him good luck ROTHERHAM.

Seriously, have a look at yourself (and your granddad for that matter). You are either a complete WUM, or your knowledge goes back about as far as 2001.
Even allowing for the fact that the fat, cheating, bullying, intimidating, fraudster got us "promoted" (and it sounds as if you actually believe that he did it by skill rather than cheating the rest of the clubs in the conference that season), the finest teams to grace our stadium were far superior to those from the era you speak of.
Your Grandad should know better, assuming of course that he was a fan of the club in the 1970's, and not just some recent convert. Do your research before making such daft comments.
