Only 1 team in it first 25 mins- Wrexham should have been at least 3 if not 4 or 5 up. Then Stamp scores and it gives them confidence and Wrexham are struggling to create real chances.
Not many there for a semi final, Gainsborough have a few and if they keep the tie alive after today its a result on and off the pitch for them

Subsidised the busses to the tune of £10 per person.......looked about 400 there, pathetic for the biggest game in their history but when you only get that through the gate I suppose its an achievement.

Shame none come to Boston to swell our coffers like we do theirs.

369 away in Wales, for a game live on SkyTV, with an early kick off.

Most of the famous 26 were there too.

What's it got to do with you pilgrimmace how many fans travelled to wrexham...your relegation fight should be your only concern.
Your team will soon be history the way you play in this league...and yeah yeah blah blah you took 4 points off us but look where we are and where you lot are heading.
Bye bye boston!!! :bunny

Someone remind me - when we played the biggest game in our history at Wrexham -how many did we take?

750+ on buses that weren't subsidised........... ;)

Like I say, for Trinity to almost take their average gate was a fair effort, but the fact remains without Swann's generosity they'd be in our position.

Just what exactly is your point n40's...all you can keep repeating is your attendances..so what?...we know we are NOT the biggest supported club in this league and we never will be,but think about this, the pop of boston is approx 64k,ours is 20k,we get 500ish per game, your lot get 850 ish per game.
You do the maths and then tell us how poorly supported we are.
You're not the the so called masters anymore and thats what truly hurts you.

lets just see at the end of the season because i think unless you go up this season there will be a lot of surprised and upset GT fans because there will be big changes at your club in the summer!

We won't be upset. We know the only reason we are where we are is because our chairman allows us to punch above our weight.

If he goes and we return to mediocrity so be it. It's been a great few years though and some none of us will forget.

Don't worry, they'll go back to supporting Donny Rovers,Lincoln,Grimsby,Sheff Utd etc once the plug is pulled.......... I mean I don't think GTFC have one actual real bona fide supporter do they?

No one could put up with 40+ seasons of utter mediocrity could they?

Under this thinking then. Barcelona has a population of over 3 million but an average att of 90000. So under your reckoning Gainsborough are a bigger club than Barcelona.

Daft argument but your maths don't add up.

Apart from Barca selling out, on those averages

Trinity 1 in 40 of local population
Boston 1 in 75
Barca.  1 in 33

Don,t waste time doing your maths chaps,  none of the figures will add up if Swan or Newton pull out .

Well if its a daft argument why did you bring it up???? it was your argument. Plus i was never sad enough to bother doing the math, or comment on other clubs forums. But if we are going to be silly about calculating club size on crazy math then how about this one Arsenal has what 600000 odd London has a population of 8 million dont even need to do the math to work that one out

Also Brazil has a population of about 200,000,000 And some games only gets 40000 so that means Gainsborough is bigger than Brazil

Tash, why can't you ever post something constructive on here...the more I read your posts the more ridiculous you appear to be..half term..young blues?
As for your forum it does need trinity fans to spice it up a little due to the fact that you lot are still questioning and debating the rights and wrongs of the appointment of GD.
I would have thought by now it is obvious he is taking boston where you don't want to be heading...and yes 4 points off us(3 of them under the stewardship of JL)who I thought was a much better manager than GD.
Boston are a club in decline who constantly look back to their past achievments and history which do not count for anything in your present position...we (trinity)are striving to look to the future and hopefully get into the BSP and see where that takes us,and yes we have a wealthy chairman but it takes more than money to get where you want to be..a manager who can motivate and get the best out his squad and hard work...SH our manager is one of us..a gainsborough lad, and we think he is the best,we support him and believe in him...and yes we might go out of the trophy saturday but we will still be proud of steve and our team, but we won't question his tactics...you win some you lose some and we will try to even harder to get into the play offs thereafter and we know we would be able to hold our own in a higher league.
Ask forest green, tamworth, barrow and wrexham(whose fans said we should be in that league now and better than most who they have played at their ground)
