Cheers mate! No seriously, I thought how bad I looked on the photos as well! It's the shirt and tie making me look fat!

One of the problems here is that the tie has been dressed too short. The length should touch the top of the trousers when the individual is stood upright. I hope this helps for future.

Hi Daniel, thanks for that, I usually try to make my tie fit like that but Dave Henton was showing me how to do a Windsor knot and I gave up in the end trying to get the right length!
