Have they got any of that Bateman's GHB on yet?
It would be worth going for a pint of that alone  ;D

Had Sunday Lunch in the Pilgrim Lounge and it was fantastic value for money.
Really nice starter (cream cheese rolled in salmon), roast pork dinner with all the usual vegetables, plus roast tates and yorkshire pudding! ....then to finish off for an extra £1.50 a very nice apple pie and custard.
Really good value at £6.45 for three courses!
Get yourselves down there and try it out .....don't forget you are supporting the club!

I know ....I think my metabolism is slower than my pace in getting to the fridge nowadays!
I did go for a 3 mile jog the other night though, but it has taken me 5 days to recover!

Spotted this on the OS:

http://www.bufc.co.uk/article/3331549/Christmas-Eve-disco-on-offer (http://www.bufc.co.uk/article/3331549/Christmas-Eve-disco-on-offer)

There is plenty of festive fun scheduled to take place in The Pilgrim Lounge during the coming days.

Boston United bar manager Carl Manning has confirmed that a FREE Christmas Eve disco will take place on Friday — starting at 7.00pm.

The Pilgrim Lounge will be open throughout the Christmas and New Year period showing all the live football on Sky Sports, ESPN, BBC and ITV.

The venue’s popular Sunday lunch service has been suspended for the next two weekends, but will resume as normal on Sunday January 9.

Looks like the Sunday lunches are proving popular:

The Pilgrim Lounge will be offering Sunday lunches throughout March — with terrific prices remaining in place.

Customers can sample two delicious courses for the bargain price of £5.50 — although booking is essential.

Bookings can be made by calling (01205) 362967.

The Sunday lunches will continue in April — starting on Sunday April 3 with a special Mother’s Day offering.

Unfortunately cannot make Sunday lunch this week but trust me everything about Sunday lunch at the Pilgrims lounge is fantastic.
I took a long time Boston resident and his wife a couple of weeks ago and they loved the food the service and the ambeiance. To Quote my mate " If you hadnt brought us we would never have come, we never realised how lovely it is done out for Sunday lunch".
This is the best value carvery in Lincolnshire and it also helps the club so please give it a try you will not be disappointed.

Unfortunately we have had to put the price up a little with an increase from £5.50pp to £6.00pp. The two main courses for a tenner offer has now finished ...but I am sure those who have tested it out will testify, it is still fantastic value at £6pp. The quality and choice of food is terrific.
Keep supporting the club ...but in a different way!

Has Melvin joined the Chris Cook marketing team?

Suggest you all go on a diet, and save your money so that when the club has no where to play (save a ground share down Tattershall Road) we can put down a payment on a cabbage field somewhere.

Anyway at those prices and knowing the Newton business acumen it is probably a loss leader like the club.

Fail to plan, plan to fail. :bunny

I just might pop in sometime Cookie.

I do wonder though at those prices, are you compromising animal welfare standards or is Dave subsidising this too?  :-*

Is there a vegetarian option? The veggie pound is very strong these days you know.
