Just a statement to appease the non believers,  budget for future for those that think it's a boom or bust plan. Must mention the budget is healthy for those that don't believe we have anything other than monopoly money. Must mention medium and long term and sign off as team manager so I can carry on the pretense that I am in no way the boss of this whole shame when it all comes crashing down around our ears.
