nice to see the stewards searching the 6 year old kids today!Well done for stopping a lethal weapon in the ground!An empty Fruit Shoot bottle.The same steward never spotted a bloke with a bottle with a top on no more than five yards from his nose during the game!
Any guesses who the steward was? ;D

yeh but dont forget the bloke might have been taller than 3 foot tall doubt he would want to take him on

Makes you wonder if anybody, except Cookie, in charge of things reads this forum. I don't know which steward you all keep referring too but if he's as pathetic as you say he is somebody should have a word with him, unless he's an attention freak and is enjoying this fame in which case he may get worse; I mean, he could start removing the wheels off wheel chairs because they could always be removed and thrown at the players.

Ive been told these postings about the certain "steward" have been printed out and posted in the control room.Lets hope Dick C has a quite word to the steward and tell him to calm down!

but not have a bottle top at York street are supporters a different

Is FC Manchester ground and supporters classed as football lke us?If so why can a bus load of them take crates of beer from ALDI!

don't know what one is. Never had one. If they are as dangerous as is being made out I probably won't try one. Thanks for drawing them to my attention, you probably saved my life.

Irrelevant to pop bottle tops and over zealous steards, the club is missng out on an added income - THEY SHOULD BE SELLING BEER INSIDE THE GROUND!
They could put a bar in the Fantasy Island Stand so supporters could get a drink and supervise it so alcoholic drinks are not taken to the seats. This would benefit the cub not only in added wet sales but more people may to go sit in the Fantasy Isalnd stand which would also see increased ticket revenue. I know where I would be if I could get a pint prior to and half way through a match.

Why not have a bar under the Town End. The concourse area underneath could be turned into the drinking area. Even if it's just plastic bottles...

Spotted the "steward" checking bags before the game!But failed to search me because he was acting like a traffic cop by helping a lorry reversing in the car park and he had left his checkpoint!He also failed to spot an oap having a fag in the spain lane stand.
