My brain, limited though it now is, seems to be telling me that the Court hearing is today.
Does anyone know if this is so please?

I'd be very surprised if there was a final hearing yet.
If the claim was filed in May then they would have had 14 days to file an acknowledgement of service and then 14 days thereafter to file the defence. At this point Allocation questionnaire's would have been sent and it is likely that the matter would be allocated to the Fast Track (£5k-£25k claims) and thus it would be 30 weeks from the allocation until a final hearing.
I would doubt that we would have a final hearing before the new year.

Boston-Grimsby saga enters the final straight
BOSTON UNITED chairman David Newton admits he is looking forward to the end of the club's long-running saga with Grimsby Town.
The Pilgrims are taking former joint-managers Rob Scott and Paul Hurst, plus Mariners chairman John Fenty, to court after the pair quit York Street to take charge at Blundell Park last season.
Newton is seeking compensation after claiming there was no "mechanism within their terms that allowed them to resign".
Contrary to speculation elsewhere, the court case has not already taken place.
A date and venue for the hearing is yet to be decided, but it is expected to take place by November.
"We've submitted our case and are just waiting for a date and venue now," said Newton.
