It was hardly "shaved".  It was still longer than mine when I had a mullet :-)

Sorry, I thought he was having it shaved.  When I chucked my money in that is what I was lead to believe.  If he didn't, then he is a bit naughty.

Last year I got into an argument with a taxi driver there.  He was on his mobile, doing paper work and driving at the same time.  When I questioned  his driving, I was accused of being a racist by him.  " You have problem with me because of my skin  "  He said.  I only asked him to concentrate on his driving.  The fare was £18, my wife gave him £20 and he threw £2 change at her.

I do not know the circumstances of Ricky's case, but I was tempted to take my case further.

Never heard the Townenders all match.  I cannot understand why they stand in Spayne road.  What is wrong with the York street end?  Some of the older posters will remember how the York street sounded in it's hayday. I know the Townenders sang their hearts out on Saturday, but no one could hear them due to bad acoustics.  The acoustics are way better at the York street end.
