Title: Prediction League - FC United of Manchester vs Boston United
Post by: Ken Fox on August 08, 2009, 07:56:58 AM: The new season is just a week away so it's time to start up the ~~impsTALK~~ Pilgrims' Patter Prediction League again.

For those who haven't played in previous seasons, it's all about predicting the results and attendances of Boston United's games throughout the season.

All predictions must be made before kick off.

You get 3 points for the correct score or 1 point for the correct result.

You get 10 points if you get the attendance spot on or 3 points if within 25 or 1 point if within 50.

Soon after each game I usually manage to process the scores and update the points table and post it on Patter.

As the season goes on you accumulate points and the winner is the person with the most points at the end of the season. There's no prizes apart from the honour of being the winner. It's just a bit of fun!

So to kick things off here's my prediction for the opening match:
