I spoke to a old chap who actually saw the SWD incident. He said SWD tried to make a run to aid a United attack.

Their player stopped SWD's run and SWD pushed him in the chest.  The cheat went down as if he had been shot holding his face.

My mate shouted to the lino concerning the incident but by the time he looked all he saw was their player holding his face and going to ground.

I remember having to pay £730 per month for a £50,000 mortgage. Mortgage rates had gone up so much we nearly lost our home, and many poor folks did.

She had a government made up of yes men, and we are still paying for her far right policies.

Not so much a leader as a tyrant.  And let us never forget her war crime when she ordered the sinking of the Belgrano.

Fortunately her ministers knew what was best when they dumped her.

The most divisive PM the country has ever had.

And then her lovely children Mark (Arms dealer) and Carol (racist?)! Poor old Dennis!

Well here is a first, me agreeing with M.I. :o

I think you can attribute most of todays problems to Thatcher.

I bet she dare not walk down a south yorkshire street.

All you with short memories, 16% motgage rate, selling off of all the council houses, privatising Gas, Phone, ect.

Running a near police state, just ask the miners, oh and the families of those poor Liverpool fans.

Did I mention the rioting in the streets.

No sorry, I would not wish her harm but nor would I wish her happy birthday. >:(

It seemed to leave a trail, I thought it was a plane in trouble.

What a reflection of Thatcher's Britain of the late 80's.

South Yorkshire police, SHAME ON YOU.

This is the nearest we have been to being a police state, we thought it at the time, now the proof will come out.

Shame on the FA for holding such an important match ( or any match ) in a ground without a current safety certificate.

Which was won by pilgrims Mike Alexander one year.

... and the following year BUFC urged United fans to try and retain the title by voting for centre half Alex Gibson.

Alex Gibson, possibily scored one of the best goals I have ever seen down York Street.

I remember it was a night match and poor Alex was having a minger of a game.  The harder he tried the poorer he played.  He was receiving grief all the way through the match from some old guy in the old Spayne road stand ( nothing changes ).
He picked the ball up in his own half beat what seemed like 10 players ( maths was never my subject ) and curled the ball past the keeper.  He then ran to the old guy grabbed his cap and stamped on it. :D :D
