Sorry to be negative but looking at the long range weather forecast for this week i wouldnt be surprised if the match is postponed. Sorry !

I hope not, it would be bad for finances if this game was rearranged for a weekday.

For the last match against Stocksbridge Park Steels the game was able to go ahead, but the Town End had to be closed on safety grounds - due to ice on the terraces.

What would our contingency plan be to accommodate the FCUM travelling support - just in case we find ourselves without the Town End again? If the pitch were playable but the Town End remained unsafe, could the game still be postponed?

Ground has to be deemed to be safe for the game to go ahead. Same goes for the surrounding roads ......

Move the game to my gaff ... stadium rent is about 5,000, guaranteed sun and a pleasant 26'C.  ::)

Ok quite a long coach journey, and shawarmas not burgers at half time, but its an option!

We could have one game there a year, if it good enough for the premiership then....

So many people have come and gone, their faces fade as the years go by.
Yet I still recall as I wander on, as clear as the sun in the summer sky.

We are are lucky we missed what they said we was gonna get this morning it swung to the south, judging by the forcast that changes every hour at the mo the only fears are frost(ice) and finding you and the other fans plenty of shovels to dig your way out of manchester

it wasnt necessary against sbs  but it would be against fcum to have the town end open i agree but for a match that big im sure the town end could be salted so safe after all you wouldnt need to treat all of it even if they came with 400 half would do
