Probably. United have had a few 16 year olds turn out for them - Chris Cook, Brian Dunn, Ian Machent, Don Smith and Robert Dann. The only possible 15 year old I've seen is a Bolland who turned out for the Boston side that took on Laval in October 1958 - if that was Gordon Bolland then he would have been 15 years old at the time.
