Good to see you are back! Where's Monty?

I see there is a report in the Standard that the beginning of work on the new stadium is liable to be delayed, is likely to mean that we will be without a ground for the 2016/17 season???? ???
-
Why would we be without a home for next season? We are at York street till January 2018. Work is starting on new stadium in the new year isn't it?
-
So it says - but it was supposed to have started this year! and what happens if someone comes to the Malkies with an offer for the land that they can't refuse?? :)
-
Hope it doesn't come to this but may have to consider taking up their offer and ground share with Boston Town for while if things don't go to plan. However, if this were to happen, not sure if we would have to voluntarily be demoted to NPL as Tattershall Road may not meet "Conference" standards. However, looking at the bigger picture, as far as Boston Utd/Chestnuts is concerned, it will still be a relatively small price to pay for 500 houses and a new stadium - albeit delayed?
-
In January 2018 we move out and the Malkies sell the ground - does anyone know if the Glider is being sold as well?

Isn't there a council covenant on the ground? Nothing else can be given permission until BUFC are playing elsewhere.
