I truly believe that if the subject of this thread was a car accident where the fat scottish driver was seriously injured by his brother not wearing a seat belt in the back and being thrown forward at a rate of knots also resulting in serious injury to him....I'd still be struggling to use the word sympathy?

 I'd probably email David Cameron and suggest he could help his £12,000,000,000 cuts by temporarily closing the A&E at Crawley hospital.
