It looks like there is a small problem with the board!
When a new user tries to register they are asked to type in some letters from an image. This is a method to try and stop spammers automatically registering. Unfortunately no image is being displayed at the moment so new users can't currently be registered.
I'm awaiting a response from the people that produce the board software so hopefully it will be fixed soon.
