Or maybe just look on the page where it says "About this video", where it asks you to join or log in to download?

That's ok when they are free, but many sites charge you for downloads and these can be pricey. I wanted one of a relative, circa 1950, and the price was £40, hence Ashampoo Snap 4.  ::)

interesting to see that when they were short of labour (when it was VERY manual) they shipped in office workers from the cities.
How things have changed :)

Some good shots of the old Gliderdrome as a skating rink. If you want to see some really good film of old Boston, try and get a copy of "One of Our Aircraft is Missing" Made in Boston during the war with Boston being depicted as a Dutch town. Great shots of South End, Jean Ingelows house, the warehouses along the river near the Town Bridge and one of a German sentry on the Swing Bridge as the airmen attempt to escape down the river. I remember watching some of the filming from the Town Bridge, gor blimey matron, that shows my age.

Living away, I haven't been to that part of town for a while, but in order there were the General Hospital, Town swimming baths and the old park, which was a great place for kids - overgrown woodland, which you can see in the background of the view in the film of the fishing smack unloading mussels.

P.S. I once sat on Hoppalong Cassidy's horse (Topper) outside the entrance to the General Hospital.

Yes .. the ' new '  Central Park was / is  a bit  flat and clinical .. though  I used to play Lone Ranger on the rockery paths at t'other end on the way to ParkBoard school . mid to late 1950s.
