Anyone know where we can listen to today's Fa Cup draw live ?
-
It is live on Talksport2 at 3:15 today.
-
Some clubs in our northern half of the draw that would be a good cup tie. If we got notts county or Scunthorpe at the JCS would be the first big crowd at JCS and could be a cracking match.

Many Thanks
-
Let’s beat Basford first shall we?
-
Indeed we have to beat Basford first. A home draw with Notts or Scunny would be ideal but on the other hand an away draw at Anstey Nomads would be less so. They have progressed on the field really well but their ground is extremely basic.

Winners away to Solihull Moors
-
Whoever wins tomorrow evening will have a tough job on their hands at the Moors.

And not the most pleasant of times. Conference champions at "time management" and "influencing the ref".
They also came up with some unpalatable methods of ensuring that the number of away fans was restricted in their home play off game last season.
-
Not a good draw at all. My local teams have done really well. Coalville away to Notts and I'm sure there will be a lot of fans travel to Meadow Lane and Anstey Nomads at home to Chesterfield. Not sure Anstey will want to host that game.

Oh dear!!...I suppose we concentrate on the league now!!!
-
Why was the linesman even stood there? Keeper blatantly off his line for both saves. Watched him for the last save and he was watching the ball being kicked!
-
Why o why didn’t we bring On a CF late in the game to try and win the game. Hate to say it over the two games we were second best by far. Should have lost Sat and did tonight. Crawford again mom and deservedly so.

This looked and played like the previous managers side which they are, The new manager has a lot on his plate getting some new blood in and if possible getting shut of some of this dross, about half a dozen worth a place in the team. Need to start by dumping Abbott and Leesley who are pinching money.

Irrelavent

Must say that the support from the crowd through was magnificent. Players can't complain about that. Bet Adam Chapman had a wry smile at the end. Wow did he get some stick.
-
I missed out due to work last night. But am utterly speechless. The new manager honeymoon seems well and truly over.
-
No Shiels or B. Pollock in central defence in the 2nd half. Result? Basford get 3 goals and force a penalty shoot-out. Of course last night was depressing, but I for one couldn't see them getting a result at Solihull. I went to see Moors last month and they are sharp.
Hereford on Saturday, fingers crossed.

I like and rate the manager and so am I the only one who wanted to see him coaching on the touchline more over the past 2 games? There seems to have been a change with him sitting back now. I understand succession planning and learning etc but I prefer it when he’s leading proceedings. Unless he’s been unwell - I much prefer to see IC hands-on leading our team hopefully through a recovery..

Lower league teams dump higher league teams out of the FA cup all the time. Disappointed to lose but hey.

I agree with Mr Pilgrim. Their keeper was well off his line for those penalties and they should have been retaken. Ridiculous decisions from the officials. Even Rhys pointed it out to the ref at the end but to no avail. Why didn`t he bring it to the ref`s attention earlier? Having said that, Basford seemed more up for it than us and deserved their success. Good luck to them in the next round. They are gonna need it !
