They don't appear to have an interest so you have done nothing to promote the club or the experience to them. Ok, just so we are clear. But let's complain the club does not do enough to encourage them.... :dan

The club is a club for the community, so why not serve the community? By the community, I mean everyone.
If the migrant population are made welcome, then maybe some will start attending matches.
Open the social club up for specialist Polish nights, invite them for a welcome party. Offer the hand of friendship.
Hold some markets at the ground, have specialist stalls and integrate with the English community.
When they know where the ground is and how friendly we are, invite them to a match.
Extend the hand of friendship and make them welcome, you never know.
