I remember those bone crunching games against the Macclesfield Maulers. In particular, they had a player called Fidler who played in that epic game. He did everything possible to antagonise the Boston fans with his hard "tackling" physical challenges. In those days, players got away with murder.

Any commentary for this match. Just watched Chorley beat Ashton1-0, a team 3 leagues below them, but they found it hard to break them down until the last 10 minutes. Let's hope we find it easier today.
