Wstching his interview and I thought what a breath of fresh air,nice to see even if only tempory,to see him bringing younsters through and taking the continental aproach saying that the academys are going to have a big part to play in the new england setup good on you pyscho hope you can pull it off.

certainly be my choice for the job on a permanent basis. hes worked with these youngsters coming through the u21s, hes very passionate and proud.
