I like the name Steve Spriggs, sounds like  footballer from the 60's.  I imagine him down the working mens club on the morning of the game catching a quick pint.

It was roundabout the 60s I recall us having a defender who was a pub landlord .   Seem to remember him having a nightmare game against Peterboro U on a boxing day derby .

There must be a few Manchester United songs we can adopt for the terraces. It won't take much to change the lyrics from Giggs into Spriggs, and with both of them running down the wing .....

Reading his stats it sounds like a cracking signing and one I can't wait to see pull on a BUFC shirt. Wondered where the goals were going to come from from after losing a striker but this guy obviously has an eye for the net. Prising away KL's leading goalscorer must have taken some doing so well done to the manager and 'welcome Spriggsy!'  :) :)
