reenact Le Tour and get on your bike.  80 miles there in 4 hours and the same back.    9,000 calories burned so don't forget some mars bars (x26).

Quality outing.   :bunny
The B-Ark.  For Boston fans to talk about anything and everything they want to. Including trolls.

Did 100 miles on the bike last Sunday. Bit longer than 4 hours and burnt 6,988 calories. Not a Mars Bar in sight though. It's all about energy bars nowadays - and beetroot juice of course :)

Well, it was the football in the end.

Some good performances today. Graham Hyde looks like he will have quite a bit of input from the sidelines and I think that's a good thing, based on what I saw today.

Jones and Weir Daley looked good up front. Still think we need a little more experience in the side though - particularly in the centre of midfield and at centre half.

Jason Lee seemed quite relaxed. He appears to have a good rapport with the players - getting the balance right between enabling the players to be relaxed yet not afraid to show his authority when necessary.
