Sad to see Gareth go, one of our better players. All the best Jelly for the future. Won't easily be replaced. :(

Probably not at his best but who has been? GJ has been the most consistant player the club has seen for several years.Forgetting this season I cant remember when GJ has had a mare!

As Silk found out to his cost, it is very important that players attend the Thursday night training sessions to learn about tactics, set piece moves, etc. Jelleyman presumably missed an important training session to attend the birth of his daughter. Obviously therefore he wasn't committed enough to Boston United.

There is nothing wrong with players having children, but obviously this should be strictly timetabled so that the birth takes place between mid-May and mid-July. Additionally, the act of conceiving should not take place on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday during the football season - as this could then impact on the player's energy levels and performance at training or on matchdays. The rules are there for a reason. Players are well paid and need to abide by these rules.

On a serious note, all the best to Gareth and his family and thanks for his efforts.

Different and enlightening YSP.  Judging by the energy levels of some of our players over the years many of them enjoyed  prolific sex sessions.  8)

Best wishes to Garath .   Hope it works out right for him and BUFC.

Best of luck to Gareth, been fantastic servant for us during different spells. Injured and out of form so no great suprise.

Young Jason field would be good replacement as I feel he's better and wasn't given a chance previously.

Would be a good move and was a poor one was letting him go but if he does come back he will have got some good experience at BT.

Manager doesn't seem to have spent much time 'assessing' the current players .... especially with his intake gaining mix reviews.

What quality players are available in February? Or will we see a clear out again at the end of the season?
