Milnes was released by Leicester in the summer - has been playing for Kettering in pre-season, too.

he definitely wont be missed, a truely entertaining game. don't think I've said that about a friendly before. played some good stuff, holsgrove and semples tore the defence to pieces, the two trialists impressed too. overall a good performance against a tidy young wigan side.

Careful Shorty, you'll end up with a restraining order again  ;)

Looked at Milnes record at Kettering and after scoring they left him on the bench the next game, so looks like they won't be signing him.

Great set of photos Shippy. Great consistency of quality. Really sharp, neat composition.

If we are not careful some higher league team will come in to 'snap' you up.

Give it a week or two and they'll be tabling a bid for you David.

I'm just waiting for Henry and Chalker to get the call, they seem to think anyone half decent here is fair game........

Christ I know we are trying to break even but is it really right to be playing with a 99p ball from the Esso garage?
