Great North Run
« on: September 09, 2009, 10:47:02 PM »
Hi everyone,

I know we don't all know each other and I definitely doubt many of you guys know me, but all the same..

I'm taking part in the Great North Run on the 20th September, raising money for a charity that is very important to me called PSC support. I'm trying to raise £1000 to aid the good work that the charity does into research and supporting sufferers of PSC.

If you'd like to find out more and perhaps sponsor me in my effort to complete the half marathon in under 2 hours, please visit www.justgiving.com/jharwood I'll be incredibly grateful for anything you can spare to help me reach my target.

Sounds like I'll be on the route somewhere waiting for the other half to trundle by, if you run in your shirt I'll give you a wave.
So many people have come and gone, their faces fade as the years go by.
Yet I still recall as I wander on, as clear as the sun in the summer sky.

Just a quick thanks to those of you who have sponsored me, I really appreciate it.

Thanks also for the "naked woman running around" thread, looks like it was popular!

If anyone had thought about sponsoring me and then decided to do it later, one last reminder that you can still go to www.justgiving.com/jharwood - it's for a really important cause for me.

Thanks!
