personally i love the new design.  a capacity to suit our needs, modern design and on a route that is quite accessible.  NF, just a question.  what exactly would you prefer design wise going into detail ?

I think personally it could be a trip to Wembley for them. There is no doubting their squad is talented for that level and i have noticed they are third favs for the competition on oddschecker.

I couldn't get, but listening on the radio and it sounds like our new keeper has done wonders tonight. also pleasing that ricky got the goal that he deserves after recent performances. did den's coat not make an appearance ??

To those that are going on about keepers heights,  James McKeown who many on here have said in the past was one of our best keepers is in fact 6ft 1in.  Timms come's in at 6ft 3 and new boy King the tallest at 6ft 4.  So i cannot understand some peoples logic into what they are saying.  And as the the "penalty", please folks look at the match highlights before stating it was a clear cut penalty as it wasn't. Keeper touched the ball away first before the attacker went down over his arm.
I thought the new lad done extremely well and long may it continue.

firstly, the new keeper looked good and strong and have better distribution all round than ash so i would personally now stick with him.  as for the bench saga NF,  sinclair was a pain in the butt right from the off and as always when he comes to york street only has himself to blame for any ongoings with members of the crowd. you might point out certain abuse from a few ( which if right, is bad if your statement of the language is correct) , but all around the stadium i heard abuse shouted in the direction of their bench and more so at sinclair so are we , all 1,000 of us to blame too ?  or would you prefer us to shout out " jolly good show, old chap "

They don't need any new keepers, they recently signed Tom Roberts from Wisbech taking their tally of keepers to three.  Full Spalding scorers today were .. Andrew Tidswell 32, Dan Cotton 39,Nathan Stainfield 62, Peter Bore 81.

No doubting whatever happens , we need to do something. All this cannot be good for the team, we need a settled squad for our promotion push. If ash stays, and we don't get the play offs he will be blamed. Its a tough one,  but we cannot keep being inconsistent between the sticks.

No, but i wouldn't be surprised if Dennis doesn't now cut the losses and ship someone new in. There is no doubting Ash has some good qualities but is he a keeper that can get us up through consistency !

Well it looks like we need someone bringing in, so who do we fancy ?  Personally for me i think we should at least take a look at Jan Budtz, who is still without a club having been at tinpot last season. He has proven form at this level and higher and is a great shot stopper.
