I spent every night three weeks running watching games on the astro turf and on Saturday and Sunday watching games in the hope of finding the sort of player I wanted for my team... (Ball down,pass and move etc).. Like a previous poster said,it then hard work collecting match fees,ringing players up and then crapping yourself on a Sunday morning when the phone rang for fear of a player either being pissed or injured from playing Sat afternoon..
