Crikey - so you did! That explains it. I'm glad it's not a scam. It was just weird suddenly getting a bunch of posts all offering season tickets for sale!

Maybe a lesson for the club too........give prizes people actually want, Blue Square Bet North football isn't everybody's cup of tea as these lads have shown. I'm sure 4 tickets to a Premiership game would be a much more welcome prize than a season ticket for Utd.

The prizes are listed before you take part so you don't have to enter. Personally I enter to support the club and because I like a game of golf. Missed it this year for the first time in 15 years as I am on Grandad duties in Amsterdam was hoping it was going to be rained of again.

4 tickets to a Premier League game? 1, these would cost the club and 2, this would possibly mean the people missing a home game (potentially).
For a BUFC golf day, why not have a BUFC prize?

This one has cost them Carl.........I've given the lad £150 that goes in his pocket, I would probably have attended 10-18 Saturday home games at £12 a time into the clubs coffers.......not a great bit of business by Utd but I get my football for a bargain price.

I thought season tickets were non transferable and could only be used by the person whos' name appears on the book. I know a lot of clubs stipulate that you have to have photo ID on the book.

Hope people don't get annoyed by this but I am the final person selling the season ticket from BUFC Golf Day. I'd much rather the ticket went to someone that will use and appreciate it, not that I don't support local football. I entered the golf day for a bit of fun, somehow won it and now I'm selling the prize, hope this doesn't offend any fans. I'm selling it for 150, the same as the other lads. We checked, you don't need photo id etc. The people last year and the year before did the same. Its also 100 quid cheaper than it would normally be and if you struggle to get to all the games then it won't matter so much.
