Have been very impressed with the young man's performances of late. Clean sheets have been hard to come by for us this season and I think we have now managed this in two consecutive games for the first time after Saturday's result.

I'm not sure whether King is fully fit or not but I think it will be interesting to see how DG handles this position over the next few weeks.

Within the next four to six weeks we should know if we are going to be up there challenging or out of the promotion race. Of course, all the top teams will be playing each other but our schedule looks as tough as any:

Jan 11 Hednesford (A)
Jan 18 Solihull (H)
Jan 25 Altrincham (A)
Jan 28 Stockport (H)
Feb 1  Gainsborough (H)
Feb 4  Histon (A)
Feb 8  Brackley (H)

Let's hope we can settle down, tighten the defence and re-focus. I don't think some of the more quality / in-form sides will not let us get away with letting so many goals in and still coming away with the points.

I think this is a 'must-win' game today. Lose and we could potentially be nine points off the top and in eighth place in the table.

Histon don't travel too well. They have only won once on the road this season and have only scored six goals in nine matches.

The pre-match build up has started with a full English breakfast and a slice of yule log. If we win, I may make the trip to Telford on Saturday.
