Anybody else see Ricky showered and changed and heading for the bus at 5:15? I was in the queue waiting to get out of the car park.

Son and I planning another away day. Really enjoyed the away day at Solihull and as Leamington is roughly the same journey time from Lincoln thought we'd do it again. Hopefully bringing my dad along for the ride as well.

Hopefully my son and I will be driving to the game from Lincoln. Anyone know what parking is like near the ground?

So who is going to be in charge tomorrow night? Maybe Cookie might take it on. Lets hope for a decent turn out to get behind the lads and fingers crossed for 3 points. Will be following the action on United live as can't make midweek games  because of work and family commitments. ???

Thought we lost to the a better team on the day. Our options were limited by the non appearence of Korey Dyer-Stewart. Was he wearing an invisibility cloak? Anybody know where he was?

Miller looked assured at the back, well built for a young un. Mark Jones came on second half and looks to be a good acquisition, even the lino said and I quote " that lad can finish". Not sure Reed and Smith will be regular starters but I am quietly optimistic. Overall a workmanlike performance with room for improvement. ;)

Was thinking the same thing myself Leicester Pilgrim but have been trying to find the words. You have put my own thoughts down eloquently. We also need to look at the bigger picture and long term future of the club so let's get behind the lads, as my son says " onwards and upwards"  ;)

The B-Ark / Re: Match v Town
« on: July 17, 2011, 07:10:22 PM »
Lets remember what pre-season matches are for:-
To gauge players fitness and build "match fitness"
To try out formations and see what positions suit which players looking for versatility as a bonus
To identify which positions still need to be filled and hopefully find the right player to fill them at the right price.

As has already been posted Kevin Holsgrove appeared from off the radar so who knows who we are talking to!
And finally Chris Hall tweeted that it was a bad day at the office to which Semps replied " relax it's early days" maybe we should do the same!

Here endeth the lesson according to Womble  ;D

Would have to agree with Boo the lads deserved a cracking send off for all their hard work and never say die attitude. To walk out without acknowledging their effort today was disrespectful. For those who leave thank you, for those who stay onwards and upwards. This has been a great season you deserve all the plaudits you get.
