This sounds like a thread we had before where some confused best players with favourite players,or what should constitute a "legend".Best player of the decade for me suggests a player who has made a significant contribution,or has had some longevity at the club.Since most of the last decade was played under Evans,longevity was difficult considering his revolving door policy with players.I liked Noble as a player,probably the most gifted I have seen playing for Boston,but for me there are only two real contenders,the Pauls-Ellender and Bastock.
