Match was 11am at Carres Sleaford..
Matlock ran out 4-1 winners..  Both sides scored from dubious penalties, think the ref realised his first half balls up and awarded Boston one shortly after the break to get it back too 2-1 (free kick for Matlock second seemed harsh too as two players went shoulder too shoulder)

The wind was the downfall, second half with the wind at their backs Matlock were playing route one and it worked.. Their third came as Richard Jones was running backwards and slipped allowing the forward to get to the ball and cross where two players were waiting,Jonah then scored an own goal as he was falling backwards trying to judge the flight of the ball and only managed to send it goal bound and with the keeper of his line he couldn't get enough of a hand on it too keep it out..

A good run out for the team but the conditions and the pitch (uneven bounce and spin everytime it dropped, can see why Carres are going too rip it up this Summer) hindered both teams..

Jonah played as if he had not been injured,I cringed at one or two of his tackles but he came out unscathed so back up there if needed over the play offs.. Harry Limb was his usual busy self and the keeper (forget his name) had no chance with the goals but showed good safe hands and is quick off his line so again another useful back up.
