For me, the successful candidate will be a young and ambitious, perhaps looking for his first role in management. Previous playing experience in senior non-league and the lower Football League preferred. The successful appointee will inherit a young squad, and will therefore need excellent motivational skills and demonstrable experience of leading by example. Ideally we should look to appoint someone who is Boston United "through and through", and who is well respected by the chairman and the majority of the supporters.
When can you start, Mr Ellender?
