There was 30 seconds difference. I'll check every few seconds to make sure next time.

Positive signing to me, we need goals and have signed two different sorts of forwards, both young and obviously someone has seen their qualities at league clubs.

Well with this lad signing for a month that adds to Suraez, Newsh, B Fairclough and Stones

Adding we might have that Massiah lad from Worksop coming, that being said I'm expecting Stones to go out on loan for a similar spell as this Burrow is here for

Meaning potentially could have Suarez (height and decent header of a ball) Newsh (Finisher) B Faicloough, looked fast tonight with potential, and Massiah + Burrows tbh I have no clue what so ever but I can only assume they can only add to the options

Now it's down to the midfeild to provide the service!

Well chesterfield is in derbyshire which is next to nottinghamshire so that shows the managers have no imagination and are rubbish ;). I think it sounds like a good signing for us perhaps joachim wasn't a great signing for us and imo a few others still have some work to do but the managers acted and changed things. So I think that shows good managment.

I think it shows that the summer recruitment policy was hopeless to be honest.......Joachim gone and how many goals between Suarez and Stones.....? Just remember we've played a quarter of our fixtures already and we've only just got our first home win.

Still, we'll hopefully see what the lad's all about on Saturday.

14 points from 10 games is the same start as H&S made when when they came ,  considering they came with half of a succesful team as a basis to build on and the present management inherited a decimated squad we have to give a bit of credit to the new managers.    We are only three points off a the play-off place.

They have two choices ,  stick with the original signings and get stick from the moaners , or bring in better players  ................... and get stick for high turn over of players.

It's the sort of signing I'd like to have seen in the summer, but I appreciate that you can't easily get loan players until the transfer window has closed because teams are still finalising their squad.

I'm impressed with the way the managers have responded - we had a problem with defence in the first few games, so they brought in White/Ward and we've now conceded just 2 goals in 6 games with 4 clean sheets.  We now have a problem scoring goals, so they've brought in new strikers - hopefully we'll see a similar improvement.

Also impressed that they didn't make too many changes last night, and introduced the new boy from the bench - would have been easy to panic and make wholesale changes, which often doesn't have the desired effect.

Oh the optimism. Remind me, what date did we win our first home league game when we won the UniBond Play Offs?

Week after we were out the cup wasn't it? and on the Monday we'd beat Buxton away in the dying minutes?

Beat Ashton 3-0 who were then top of the league at the time if I rememberly rightly
