FIELD MARSHALL REED.
Unless we sign an up coming German called Rommel
Then we would have FEILD MARSHALL ROMMEL

Sorry :)
Joking aside I'm real pleased young Field is returning.
I thought he looked a prospect, hope this will be his chance.
Reed also looks a prospect.
If they're looked after and trained properly they will have a future.

Thank goodness young Jason is back, I thought he played well whenever he stood in for Jelly, he would probably make a good winger if we are ever forced into that situation.

Good signing, long term aswell as short term. Along with reed I think he could play a massive part in a new squad next season. Welcome back Jason

On the plus side having more local lads here playing at the club could bring in more family and freinds coming throu the turnstyles

In terms of costs, it strikes me if money is tight then maybe you can only afford to have a few players on the more expensive contracts.

And if that is the case then, much as I am grateful for what Jelleyman and Silk brought to the squad, your full backs aren't the first positions I'd be paying relatively big money for. Football folk always talk about having a strong spine to the team so I think the money would be better spent on an Alan White-type centre half telling the other defenders what to do.
