Don't forget to object once application is submitted.

Individual letters count more than collective respresentation. Lobbying your local councillor is also a good move especially if he/she is on the planning committee.

I will provide more details on the potential grounds for refusal once the planning application(s) is in the public domain.

The last lot had their application kicked out because it was rubbish.  This will be a different matter.

Good luck :)

Seriously Ken: isn't it time to ban this fool? I'm all for objective debate but unfortunately this guy is incapable, preferring instead to keep grinding his axe to the considerable detriment of this forum.

My axe is already perfectly sharpened young man.

Do you really want to see an outfit like the Chestnut boys profit from a property development?  The Chestnut boys, who not only sponsored the club at a time when its then manager was convicted and given a suspended prison sentence for cheating the public revenue, and then continued to sponsor the footbal club even though Jim Rodwell refused to sack him.

More recently, they have effectively condoned the behaviour of Denis Greene, convicted of fraud  on their watch as owners of BUFC, by not sacking him too.

They are a laughing stock and so it seems are a lot of the fans who clearly have no moral compass whatsoever.  :dan

You have totally convinced me Adam with your erudite justification why some should profit while associating with convicted criminals.  :bunny

Yes Mark! You tell the fools! I too would love to see Boston United playing games at Wyberton Park after the Malkies bulldoze York Street and turn it into a plot of shit flats. Who wouldn't?

You're an inspiration!

Simply repeating the word "Troll" will cut no mustard with the planning committee.

You need to sharpen your wits and enlarge your vocabulary gentlemen :-*
