Quote from the Brighton Argus: Adam Quinn has turned down a move into the Football League to commit his future to Crawley.
The central defender revealed that he had spoken to a League Two club based in the north of England and two Conference outfits.
Quinn, who joined Reds in 2008 and became club captain last season, has agreed a one-year contract.
He said: “I have been flattered in the interest shown in signing me. I have taken my time and considered all the options very carefully and I kept coming back to the opinion that I loved playing at Crawley and for the manager who has been brilliant with me since the very first day I arrived.”

Surely, if he is that enthusiastic for the club and its saintly manager, he wouldn't have talked to the other clubs in the first place. I detect the hand of a creepy ghost writer.

Give Steve some credit for using capitals after fullstops.
