He's not the only ex-Pilgrims midfielder from that era now coaching on the South Coast. Have a look at the "Who's who" on the Brighton and Hove Albion site and see who's coaching their under-21s ...

Great lads they are. Just watching the Bournemouth celebrations and thinking can we be doing that a week on Saturday? It would be great wouldn't it. Can we? You bet we can. That's it, won't be sleeping very well tonight I'm as excited as a big kid. Great isn't it.     UTP.

Simon Rusk got a lot of stick when he was playing here. Non of it deserved as i remember, good luck to the lad, i hope he makes a good career out of it.
