Confirmed on twitter as the new boss. Hopefully he get us on a run quick!
-
All the best Paul, welcome to Boston.
-
He assumes a 'watching brief' at Spennymoor tomorrow but is bound to have some input to Paul Green who will be in the dugout for the match.
-
And it is a big thumbs up from me!

Can’t believe how quite it is on the Patter , after Mr David Newton capturing one off the best managers in this league, well done sir, Welcome to Boston United Paul Cox, I’m looking forward to how this team of ours react to a manager who can install some discipline , which as sadly been missing into this team under Craig Elliot, Hopefully a new manager who knows this league inside out can get our players to play as a team, and not as individuals , onwards and upwards with Hope and expectation of much more consistent success all round, Good luck Paul Cox in all that you do fo Boston United, Up The Pligrims.

I can believe it. It’s obvious our fans were split over the decision to sack Craig and the timing of it. Therefore it’s obvious it will take a little while for them to be massively excited about the new manager. It doesn’t mean he won’t be supported. I wish him all the very best..

A good choice, should see a change in play and hopefully some attractive football. Good luck!

Welcome to the club. I think he's the type of manager we have been looking for. I would like to thank Paul Green for stepping in, in testing times and steadying the ship. I think he has a future as a manager and I hope that Paul Cox takes him under his wing. With the contacts they both have, it could be win win for United.
