Looking at the squad we have now we seem to have an unusually large amount of players that are still in their 20's but have football league experience. Evans, Cannoville, Camm, Davies, Newsham, Yates, Weir Daley all have quite a bit of league experince

Usually when teams at this level have a lot of ex league players they are in their mid-late 30's.

Lee, Evans is in his thirties and  Camm never cut it at Lincoln  :P

Last season's squad also had players with Football League experience - like Bloomer, Rowan, Ryan, Talbot, Farrell, etc - and look where that got us.

I'm not sure it necessarily matters how old a player is, or what level of experience they have had at Football League level. It's more about their hunger and desire to progress and move up to the next level.

Is it a coincidence that this season with youger players we have had no long term injuries ?  Remember Talbot , Froggat, Farrel Rowan etc. ?
