Our number eight was sat on the bench at the time, or do they "all look the same" to you?

Your defender had no intention of touching the ball. put himself in harms way and deserved to feel the force of the tackle.
I can now see why you are so popular on the NL forum, I have never seen such drivel been typed.

So in tigerroar world if he had broke his leg he deserved it?

It wouldn't have broken a leg because there was little or no contact from Wilson, there may have been between the keeper and defender though. The defender had no need to put himself in there.

Anyway hope you had good journey home thanks for making the journey with your massive away support.

We brought 26 I think, would've been more but they were scared off because they thought they'd be kidnapped for their outsider genes.

He dived in before the keeper collected the ball, the defender got in the way and hurt himself. If he didn't want the ball the then defender is taking a chance by putting himself in there and deserves what he gets.

How anyone can argue about the sending off is beyond me it was a horrific attempt at getting a ball he had no chance of getting.Hope he gets at least 3 game ban should be 9 game though it was a disgrace.

Rubbish, Scott went for the ball with the keeper and the defender put himself between both player with no intention of touching the ball. If you put yourself in harms way, expect to get hurt.

Terrible decision by the referee.

There wasn't even a foul for the red card. Scott went in 30/50 with the keeper and then Stephen Merchant decided to get in the way to protect the keeper, as defenders do. Scott was stretching for the ball not going in on the defender. If you decide to run across the motorway expect to get hit by a car.

Glaasster are all saints are they.....

No. It's a mans game and a contact sport.

I was really impressed with that ginger lad that you had in midfield.

Easily your best player.

Nice one!

There are a few in there that I'd be well chuffed with too. Like the one of young Taff yawning :)

There's no doubt that the tactics are good ones for getting results - get as many men behind the ball as possible and timewaste from the first minute and look to hit us on the break or if not take the 0-0. They worked to perfection in the Trophy game and for 80 minutes today, but...

I am so so pleased I don't have to watch that turgid shit every week and so pleased Gloucester got what they deserved today - nothing. At one point today they had a free kick inside our half and still left 5 men back to mark 2. As has been said it didn't have to be that way as the last 10 clearly shows they can play. It was comical watching players taking an age for free kick, throw-ins etc. and our players fetching the ball for them to the way they where running about in that final 10.

And Tigerroar mate how can you compare our performance at yours which you obviously saw to yours here which you didn't. Having seen both they where nothing like similar. At yours we actually had shots on target before and after going in front and had the better chances throughout the game, you didn't have a single shot on target all afternoon today.

Oh yeah and when we played at yours some on your board took the p*ss out of our away support a bit and said that you took 60-70 everywhere, where the f*ck where they today?

In the past we have taken that to places when we've managed to get a coach going, but this is our second season here, second season of "struggle" and with most people having done most of the grounds it's hard to get a minimum of 30 - 35 people to share the cost of putting on a coach. On a personal level my job has changed making it nigh on impossible to get to an away game further than the Midlands and that doesn't help because I'm one of the people who takes on responsibility for the coaches!

We clearly had a gameplan today, there's no denying that and I'd imagine it was the same as when we played in the Trophy when both teams might've got a bit of luck so we would've tried it again today.

And the reference to the game down here and time wasting was towards the end of the game where Boston tried every trick in the book, not that I blame them because it works.

And I'm glad that at least one of your supporters can see past the Boston point of view :)

Tash, I'm not upset just not happy that some folks can't see both sides. How many of you expected Arsenal to go to Barcelona in the week and try to "out-football" them? In this game you play to your strengths.

And for the record, I actually like your club and the fact that you brought 100 to the league game down here. Like I said, I'm disappointed to have not been able to come today (bloody detention) and disappointed that we were unable to respond in kind with as many visiting fans over both this and the Trophy game!

A right to be entertained? It's a football ground, not a circus.

Boston played well today. The match wasn't as pretty as Droylsen because Droylsden came to play a completly different game to Glouchster. We showed that we can change our style to beat the opposition which is what good teams do. Pearson was superb especially after we scored and they put pressure on our goal. As the second half went on it started to feel like it wasn't going to be our day as we weren't getting much look with the bouce of the ball/help from the bloke in black who was clueless today so well done to the lads for the persistance which eventually paid off. Whilst Glouchster were not pretty to watch they came with a gameplan to frustrate us and put men behind the ball which almost paid off for them, lets not start talking like Arsene Wenger. Getting a result today makes the Alfreton game very interesting.

Is G-L-O-U-C-E-S-T-E-R really that hard to spell?

I like the way tigerroar tells us to keep our thoughts to ourselfs , what use would
a forum be if we all did that ???????

Read it spanner.

It was in response to the person who suggested we should be embarrassed by the ethics of our present team and management, the majority of whom got us here in difficult circumstances.

I'm happy to read your and your fellow supporters thoughts if they give a bit more credit to those who aren't Bostoncentric.

Didn't finish work until 12.30.

I've never been to Boston, which is a shame.
