The B-Ark / Re: Managers Interveiw

I like the managers, none of this making excuses for the lads and saying they are happy with whatever they can think of. They come out and when they are pissed off they let you know, so I imagine they let the players know also, which is exactky how it should be! A few ruthless changes for under-performers will soon have the lads looking over their shoulders! Good management style, not accepting anything but the standard they set. If you not up to standard, then ship out!

Not being funny but SWD has scored only 12 goals in his entire career so saying things like 'best we can hope for is 20 goals this season' is a little over the top. I think we are getting a little bit too excited because we have actually signed someone who's name we recognise! I hope he can dop a job for us and the managers certainly seem to know what they are doing and what they want, so I trust them, but lets not build people up too high too soon as it leaves them with a long way to fall! As for Newsham, he is a striker and should be judged on goals alone as thats' his job, like keepers are judged on clean sheets and saves made.

You see that is Fergies downfall, he never did a sports science degree, where he could of put in to practise pure maths, bio-mechanics, anatomy and kinesiology, pharmaceuticals and obviously the all important magnus force theory!!!! I hope he doesnt read this thread or he will be slapping that Scottish forehead of his and thinking "thats where it all went wrong!, how could I of not done a sports science degree!" and then go and tell Rooney he is a piece of sh*t beause he missed an open goal in a friendly of course. I dont know how Fergie ever made it so far.?  ;D ;D

Oh, you didn't fail your motivation module? I guess you have no excuse for your stupidity then? If you are a coach or have been, you really should know better. Maybe it's just more on a personal level that you feel the need to publicly slate a young lad that saved us on more than one occasion last year? Im just glad that nobody else has jumped on your band wagon. There really is no justification to your argument, thats all Im saying. The lad is young, and so needs to improve on his kicking....well guess he has plenty of years to do that, and hopefully will improve on it, whether it be with Boston or when he furthers his career, which Im sure he will. I guess your a stick man as opposed to a carrot man, that way never really motivated me to do anythhing, but worked for Evans, so maybe each to there own.

I take it you failed your motivation module then? Or if not then you should no better to slate someone publicly after ONE pre-season FRIENDLY, and ONE mistake. I too have a sports science degree but I wouldnt say that qualifies me to make ridiculous statements. No doubt we need another keeper, but thats common sense surely, not because Butcher is rubbish. He was the one positive to really come out of last season. Also, even the most qualified of proffessionals can make mistakes.

To be fair, that could happen no matter who is in charge! lol! No tellings, however slightly more likely under the guidance or should I say mis-guidance of 'it's all the gingers fault'!!!

Good job your not in charge I say! Think you would need a crash course in motivation tactics! Pathetic.
