These two lads could prove to be very good signings, Just what we need, a bit of experience to steady the ship, welcome on board lads, hope you enjoy your football with BUFC

Brian Little Football Genius couldn't get them to play, can we?

(The Gainsborough back 4 were woeful last Tuesday, hopefully these two were not the cause)
So many people have come and gone, their faces fade as the years go by.
Yet I still recall as I wander on, as clear as the sun in the summer sky.

Get your blinkers off KON, where do you think  "Canners, Cullingsworth , Semple, SWD, Danny Sleath,  If I am not mistaken, They have all played for GTFC, We need experienced squad players in this part of the season, There are still a lot of games left to play before the season ends.

Even worse the left didn't make Brain Little "Football Genius'" starting 11!

Can't remember the defensive midfielder but my guess he's a bit of a thug

If I'm not mistaken it was these 2 that where signed towards then end of last season and turned Trinity's defence and season round. Think I read somewhere they have failed to make the same impact this season and where released prior to our game at The Northolme, I'm sure there's a Trinity fan or 2 lurking that can confirm this.

As for all the negative comments, nothing like giving players a chance before kicking a ball, these are the sort of negative comments that Rob Scott is talking about. Give them 2 or 3 games then judge.

Here's one of the articles:

The Managers haven't been wrong with their other signings, so I'm prepared to go along with them on these.   Give the boys a chance, perhaps playing in a proper footballing team might bring out the best (or Beast) in them!!!

Agree, trinity have some of the best players or close to in this league. Just not a manager that can get them playing.

Well said WP,  give the lads a chance, don't knock them before they get a chance to pull the shirt on!!

Gainsborough had some great players when we played them in FA cup, just zero leadership on or off the pitch.

Somethink else i picked out of th there forum from MR SWANS post.

We decided to release both players but could not pay up there contracts immediately, Boston came along and wanted them and I agreed to let them go on loan.
Financially it is good for the club.
Whether you agree or not we wanted to change the side around and try different players in different positions. dragging both lads down from gateshead every week to not be involved was unfair and that is the decision we made.
