Title: Prediction League - Boston United vs Durham City
Post by: Ken Fox on January 17, 2010, 09:03:26 AM: Not surprisingly My Computer (http://www.bufc.drfox.org.uk/next.html) has this down as an easy Boston win. Durham have yet to pick up any league points and they conceded 7 goals in four of their last six league games. So there's a chance for a bit of record breaking here. Boston's biggest Northern Premier League win to date is an 8-0 thrashing of Barrow back in 1976 (http://www.bufc.drfox.org.uk/C100476.html). So I'm hoping for a spot of ruthlessness on Saturday and a new entry in the record books. So my prediction is:

Boston United 9-0 Durham City (1256)

Hope the lads win and win well, but equally I'd be grateful it they could be considerate and not go beyond the 10-1 FA Cup thrashing of Sudbury a few years ago! I feel bad already, and any scoreline beyond that would be a total sickener.
