Strikingly similar appointment to ours I think, a really big gamble from the Imps board.

If he does the job properly then they'll be onto a winner, if he uses Sinny Bank as a retirement home for his mates to get a last pay cheque then they'll be fecked

One of the puzzling aspects of this apointment was their chairman said just after Jackson was sacked that they were looking for someone with an extensive knowledge of the non league - an amasing statement in itself as they are a league club - at present anyhow.

This was of course when Gary Brabin was being tipped to be interested but Sutton hardly fits that criteria.

Sutton has had no experience of Div 2 football and no managerial experience . Our pair have played and managed a team to promotion in our league. In what way is the appointment similar LCB ?

I can see GHM is still wearing his rose tinted specs, regarding our twin ,quote, "experienced managers" talk about the blind leading the blind, I also see our chairman as now once again got the begging bowls out, it would'nt have been a bad idea to have said to the managers and team before the FA cup tie at Lowestoft Town, " Hi lads we need a good cup run, to put some money into the bank, so all of you , pull your bloody fingers out, and earn your wages, or  I shall  have to go out begging again" ,  but it looks like its down to the fans and sponsors again, to keep the club solvent,  bloody cracks you up, don't it, what other sport which is supposed to be run professionally, has the begging bowls out, if I go to a speedway meeting, horse racing, I'm not asked to keep the place afloat, those people generate income by providing good entertainment on the track, or racecourse, so that they will turn up again to their venues, keeping the customer satisfied is the thing to do, not to be screwing people of the pitch and on it, by piss poor entertainment, enough said.
