With so few signings so far

I don't get that comment. We have 14 players officially announced, and it's not even July. We're not going to be working with much more than a squad of 20...

Pollock's dad used to manage them, plus I believe their manager now is Pollock's godfather!

A cynic ( not me Andy  :D) might say the fact he is a Sheffield United fan would have some bearing on your opinion

He's a Wednesday fan...

I've been to the new Wembley too many times to get the "wow" factor anymore, unfortunately. Doesn't stop me going, but much less likely to go to a match as a neutral.

No mention of a contract being signed, so could be one to quietly disappear over the summer and not turn up for pre-season...

Yes, I'd definitely like to see both of them back. McLintock is a very exciting young player - with a full pre-season at Boston under his belt and moving into the hybrid model he could blossom into a very, very good player indeed.
I thought he played a little too deep at times. In an attacking "floating" role I can see him flourishing in a Culverhouse team.

Went there for our match when we last played them around 10 years ago now, a late Newsham goal if I recall right.

Yep, was Non League Day and an early kick off.

kettering making out we paid big money for keeper

Kettering didn't have him on a contract, presumably we now do - we've given him security at a bigger club. A good keeper is worth paying out a healthy wage for.

Also, to add to that, why is the highlights of the match so short?

They used to be too long! It would often be 3 minutes before the match actually kicked off as we listened to the late Mick Fixter read out the teams over the tannoy, having already watched the pre-match handshakes.

What some clubs do is get the goals out quickly, then longer highlights a day or so later.
