In the second half we were standing close enough to the bench to listen out for any clues re names of trialists, but Paul Cox seemed to refer to everyone as "son".
But in the first half (without too many trialists on the pitch) we looked pretty decent. My pal commented that the ball was getting moved round much quicker than last pre-season

I was wrong. Unbelievably, there is commentary of Boston Town vs a Boston United XI comprising nine triallists tonight! I have absolutely no idea who would want to listen to that, but here's the link:

I went last night and left with 20 minutes to go.  The game told me nothing.  Boston Town were more robust, and despite our work rate kept us at arms length.  One or two nice trialists that I think PC would be interested in having another look at.  I heard Lee Thompson's son played on Tuesday, did anyone see him or have an opinion?  Also who was our keeper in the second half against Town?  He was a Joe Hart lookalike and stood about 6' 5''.
