what about the lady ref that sent off Whitton Albion goalie to the bench in last nights game with Matlock is this allowed.always thought player had to leave the field of play.  Apparently she let the game flow and was better than some of the male refs. Incidentally Matlock let a 3-1 lead slip against 10 men and had to play extra time coming out 4-3 winners got to be good for us a hard match mid week,then us Saturday

Hardly constitutes a vote of confidence, thats working off a low base to be fair
